WOD 'Workout of the Day'
Each day's workout is unique, combining a variety of movements and reps that target different muscle groups and energy systems. A great way to challenge yourself, improve your fitness, and have fun while doing it.
CONSTANTLY VARIED FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS WITH A FOCUS ON CORRECT TECHNIQUE WHILE HAVING FUN.
This class seeks to develop gymnastics-based skills such as handstands, muscle-ups and more. Expect a lot of specific mobility work, strength exercises and movements that you may not be familiar with – all in a format that’s accessible to everyone.
If you struggle with stiff joints or a certain movement that seems impossible (and who doesn’t?), then this class is for you. It includes both stretching and neurological components to help you improve all aspects of your mobility and reduce the risk of injury.
This class focuses on the proper technique of the Olympic weightlifting movements: snatch and clean & jerk. You’ll get personalized cues, tips and feedback to help you improve your technique and achieve new PRs.
This class is designed to develop your aerobic capacity through mono-structural movements, always alternating between different stimuli and machines such as the rower, ski erg and bikes.
