The Bakery Athletics

A TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGNED TO TAKE YOU FURTHER IN THE SPORT – WHETHER THAT'S TRAINING FOR COMPETITION OR BECOMING A MORE COMPLETE ATHLETE.

We believe that all our members share the same basic needs, the Athletics programming is aligned with our regular classes. This allows us to enjoy the same WODs and fun as the rest of our community.
That said, the core elements of Athletics are higher volume and specific skill work, as well as extra strength training and weightlifting sessions. Anyone can join this program, and we work very hard to provide options for athletes of all levels.
